Symptomatic Bradycardia In CAD Patient: Which One First To Treat?

Background: The incidence of sinus node dysfunction (SND) increases with age. Likewise, the coronary artery disease (CAD) has increased from year to in Indonesia. When doctors are faced SND patients CAD, it can be confusing determining initial treatment options. Objective: This study aimed describe diagnosis and management CAD patient. Case Presentation: We will discuss a 75 years old male who had schedule bradycardia symptomatic related SND. Five month before admission, he acute syndrome, 2 DES implantation at left main (LM) proximal anterior descendent (LAD) mid LAD. Two months after PCI felt near syncope bradycardia. Evaluation ambulatory EKG was performed result SND, correction reversible cause already done. Eventually, symptom still exist PPM insertion decided perform.
